Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 lb chicken (cubed)
  • 2 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 16 oz Chinese-style vegetables (frozen)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 6 cups cooked rice

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 lb chicken (cubed)

  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger

Recipe Preparation

For the Stir Fry

  1. Combine water, Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend, soy sauce and ginger. Add chicken and allow to marinate 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and marinade to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables and continue cooking 5 to 8 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
