Ingredients

  • 4 cup penne pasta
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (snipped)
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lb mushrooms (mixed – white, cremini, shittake)
  • 1 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • shaved Parmesan cheese (or asiago)

  • 4 cup penne pasta
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (snipped)
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb mushrooms (mixed – white, cremini, shittake)
  • 1 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • shaved Parmesan cheese (or asiago)

Recipe Preparation

For the Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Combine sundried tomatoes and wine in microwaveable bowl.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 50-60 seconds. Let stand to soften tomatoes.
  4. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Sauté garlic, mushrooms and Nature’s Seasons about 5 minutes.
  6. Add sundried tomato wine mixture; simmer until most of liquid is absorbed, about 2 minutes.
  7. Add cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  8. Drain pasta; place in serving bowl and top with sauce.
  9. Garnish with shaved cheese.
