Culinary grade salt was donated to La Tablée des Chefs to support the production of 1.8 million meals for Food Banks of Quebec.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Windsor Salt has continued to make the salt you know and trust, with enhanced protocols to ensure we help protect the health and safety of our employees.
To recognize the dedication of our front-line employees during these unprecedented times—and to demonstrate our sincere gratitude—we have provided these full-time employees who continued to perform essential production and on-site duties this year with a one-time bonus of $700.
And because the pandemic has touched every corner of the country, we have also donated $150,000 to Canadian non-profit organizations that are serving our communities during this time of need. As we move forward, the health, safety and well-being of our employees will remain our top priority. This is why we will continue to follow the best practices outlined by the Public Health Agency of Canada and the World Health Organization, as well as the guidelines and regulations set forth by local governments and health organizations.
