  1. Makes one 10-inch Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp dried basil (or parsley, crushed)
  • 1.5 kg frozen white roll dough (36 rolls)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 tbsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp dried basil (or parsley, crushed)
  • 1.5 kg frozen white roll dough (36 rolls)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Recipe Preparation

For the Bread Rolls

  1. Thoroughly combine Windsor® Nature’s Seasons Seasoning Blend with herbs.
  2. Arrange 10 to 12 frozen rolls in bottom of greased 10 X 4 inch tube pan. Brush rolls with butter, sprinkle with 1/3 of Nature’s Seasons/herb blend, then cheese.
  3. Repeat layers of rolls, butter, herb blend and cheese an additional two times. Use complete package of rolls.
  4. Cover with greased plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight.
  5. Remove from refrigerator; allow to rise until doubled in size about 45 to 60 minutes.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190° C) for 15 minutes.
  7. Cover top loosely with aluminum foil and continue baking 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool 5 minutes; invert onto rack.
  9. Let stand 1 minute and gently remove pan from loaf. (If pan has removable sides, release sides first, then invert pan to remove loaf.)
