Moscow Mule
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup ginger beer
1 tbsp lime juice
1/8 tsp Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
Garnish
2 tbsp pomegranate arils
1 tsp Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tsp sugar
1 sprig fresh mint (optional)

Moscow Mule

Fill a copper mug with ice. Pour in vodka, ginger beer, lime juice and Windsor^® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt. Top with pomegranate juice and stir to mix.

Garnish

Roll pomegranate arils in Windsor^® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt and sugar, and add to mug. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint if desired.
