Pomegranate Moscow Mule
This festive Moscow Mule is a fun drink to serve at your next party. Fruity pomegranate juice adds sweet and tart flavours that pair perfectly with the spicy ginger beer. A pinch of Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt balances out the sweet and spicy flavours in this drink.

Moscow Mule
  1. Fill a copper mug (or a decorative glass) with ice. Pour in vodka, ginger beer, lime juice and fine Himalayan pink salt.
  2. Fill with pomegranate juice and stir to mix.
Topping
  1. To decorate, in a small bowl, mix together fine Himalayan pink salt and sugar. Roll pomegranate arils in the mixture and add to the mug. If desired, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
