Ingredients

  • 2 whole heads roasted garlic
  • 125 g sliced prosciutto (or smoked ham, chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (snipped)
  • 1/2 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • Italian loaf (or French bread, split horizontally)
  • 2 cups gruyere cheese (grated)

  • 1/2 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • Italian loaf (or French bread, split horizontally)
  • 2 cups gruyere cheese (grated)

Recipe Preparation

For the Garlic & Cheese Bread

  1. Squeeze roasted garlic from skin into food processor.
  2. Add prosciutto; purée with on/off motion until smooth.
  3. Stir in parsley and Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over bread halves. Top with grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or broil until cheese melts to a light golden brown.
  6. Slice into serving pieces.
