NATURE’S ROASTED GARLIC & CHEESE BREAD
Ingredients
- 2 whole heads roasted garlic
- 125 g sliced prosciutto (or smoked ham, chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (snipped)
- 1/2 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
- Italian loaf (or French bread, split horizontally)
- 2 cups gruyere cheese (grated)

Recipe Preparation
For the Garlic & Cheese Bread
- Squeeze roasted garlic from skin into food processor.
- Add prosciutto; purée with on/off motion until smooth.
- Stir in parsley and Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend.
- Spread mixture evenly over bread halves. Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or broil until cheese melts to a light golden brown.
- Slice into serving pieces.
