SALT ROASTED POTATOES

- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-1/2 tsp La Baleine Fine Sea Salt
- 1 clove garlic (minced)

Recipe Preparation
For the Salt Roasted Potatoes
- Cut 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or red skinned) into wedges. Toss with oil mixture.
- In large bowl, combine 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) olive oil, 1-1/2 tsp (5-7 mL) La Baleine Fine Sea Salt and 1 garlic clove, minced.
- Spread on greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) about 30 minutes until tender and golden brown, turning after 15 minutes.
