Ingredients

Salad

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 1.5 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 4 breasts chicken (boneless, skinless)
  • 8 cups salad greens (washed and torn)
  •   cherry tomatoes (halved)
  •   walnut pieces (toasted)

Salad Dressing

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend

  • 4 breasts chicken (boneless, skinless)
  • 8 cups salad greens (washed and torn)
  •   cherry tomatoes (halved)
  •   walnut pieces (toasted)

Salad Dressing

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend

Recipe Preparation

For the Salad

  1. Preheat barbecue or grill.
  2. Combine oil and seasoning blend; brush on chicken.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side, or until no longer pink inside. Set aside.
  4. Meanwhile, divide salad greens among 4 large plates.

For the Salad Dressing

  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients and drizzle over each plate.
  2. Slice each chicken breast into thin slices. Transfer each on top of the salads.
  3. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and walnuts.
