GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients
Salad
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1.5 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
- 4 breasts chicken (boneless, skinless)
- 8 cups salad greens (washed and torn)
- cherry tomatoes (halved)
- walnut pieces (toasted)
Salad Dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend

Recipe Preparation
For the Salad
- Preheat barbecue or grill.
- Combine oil and seasoning blend; brush on chicken.
- Grill over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side, or until no longer pink inside. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, divide salad greens among 4 large plates.
For the Salad Dressing
- Whisk together dressing ingredients and drizzle over each plate.
- Slice each chicken breast into thin slices. Transfer each on top of the salads.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes and walnuts.
