LIGHT AND EASY STIR-FRY
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 lb chicken (cubed)
- 2 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 16 oz Chinese-style vegetables (frozen)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 6 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 lb chicken (cubed)

Recipe Preparation

For the Stir Fry
- Combine water, Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend, soy sauce and ginger. Add chicken and allow to marinate 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and marinade to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and continue cooking 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
