POMEGRANATE MOSCOW MULE
This festive Moscow Mule is a fun drink to serve at your next party. Fruity pomegranate juice adds sweet and tart flavours that pair perfectly with the spicy ginger beer. A pinch of Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt balances out the sweet and spicy flavours in this drink.

Ingredients
For the Moscow Mule
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup ginger beer
- 1 tbsp lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
- 1/8 tsp Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
For the Topping
- 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
- 1 tsp Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 sprig fresh mint (optional)
For the Moscow Mule
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup ginger beer
- 1 tbsp lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
- 1/8 tsp Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
For the Topping
- 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
- 1 tsp Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 sprig fresh mint (optional)

Recipe Preparation
For Moscow Mule
- Fill a copper mug (or a decorative glass) with ice. Pour in vodka, ginger beer, lime juice and fine Himalayan pink salt.
- Fill with pomegranate juice and stir to mix.
For Topping
- To decorate, in a small bowl, mix together fine Himalayan pink salt and sugar.
- Roll pomegranate arils in the mixture and add to the mug. If desired, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
