Ingredients

For the Moscow Mule

  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup ginger beer
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
  • 1/8 tsp Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice

For the Topping

  • 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
  • 1 tsp Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 sprig fresh mint (optional)

For the Moscow Mule

  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup ginger beer
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
  • 1/8 tsp Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice

For the Topping

  • 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
  • 1 tsp Windsor® Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 sprig fresh mint (optional)

Recipe Preparation

For Moscow Mule

  1. Fill a copper mug (or a decorative glass) with ice. Pour in vodka, ginger beer, lime juice and fine Himalayan pink salt.
  2. Fill with pomegranate juice and stir to mix.

For Topping

  1. To decorate, in a small bowl, mix together fine Himalayan pink salt and sugar.
  2. Roll pomegranate arils in the mixture and add to the mug. If desired, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
