SPICY GAZPACHO
Ingredients
- 875 mL Italian plum tomatoes (28 oz can)
- 1 cucumber (seeded, coarsely chopped)
- 1 red pepper (coarsely chopped)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 1-1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 2 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
few drops Tabasco sauce

Recipe Preparation
For the Spicy Gazpacho
- Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and green onions.
- Process to small chunks in food processor or blender; do not over-process.
- Combine chopped vegetables and remaining ingredients; mix until blended.
- Chill.
