Nature's Baked Orange Roughy

Ingredients

Preperation
  1. Brush fish fillets with oil; sprinkle all sides with Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon 60 mL (1/4 cup) Salsa over each fillet.
Cooking
  1. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork; sprinkle with feta.
  2. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes to heat and soften cheese.
  3. Serve fish over spinach with additional salsa. Serve immediately.
