Ingredients

  • 875 mL Italian plum tomatoes (28 oz can)
  • 1  cucumber (seeded, coarsely chopped)
  • 1  red pepper (coarsely chopped)
  • 3  green onions (sliced)
  • 1-1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
    few drops Tabasco sauce

  • 875 mL Italian plum tomatoes (28 oz can)

Recipe Preparation

For the Spicy Gazpacho

  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and green onions.
  2. Process to small chunks in food processor or blender; do not over-process.
  3. Combine chopped vegetables and remaining ingredients; mix until blended.
  4. Chill.
