TIPSY TOMATOES
These vodka-marinated poppers are a great addition to any party.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 strip lemon rind
- 3 tbsp Windsor® Half Salt™ or Windsor® Table Salt
- 1 tbsp Windsor® Black Peppercorns (freshly ground)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 strip lemon rind

- 1 tbsp Windsor® Black Peppercorns (freshly ground)

Recipe Preparation
For the Tipsy Tomatoes
- Using a wooden pick or skewer, pierce each tomato 6 times; place in single layer in a shallow bowl. Add vodka, red pepper flakes and lemon rind.
- Let stand, covered, for at least 4 hours or overnight. Occasionally, gently stir.
- In a small bowl, stir together salt and freshly ground Windsor® Black Peppercorns.
- Discard lemon rind. Drain tomatoes; serve with seasoned salt for dipping.
